Suggested reasons to support the Molesey Football Club planning application:

MFC is a great local club with a long history – this limited proposal will wipe out the club’s debt once and for all, improve the pitch, and ensure the club can stay at Walton Road

Following local consultation and two exhibitions the plans have been revised to ensure minimum impact on neighbours

All traffic now comes off Walton Road so there’ll be hardly any impact on Dunvegan Close and Anne Way

The proposals make good use of unused land at the Club

The houses all have off-street parking and the buildings are all now designed to be in keeping with the local area

The new layout removes the proposed housing from the back of Anne Way

If this limited development doesn’t go ahead the Club will close and the whole ground will be lost
